About the Role
Motre Co. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our team on a part-time/on-call basis. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our capital project development and management consulting firm.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Assist in developing and implementing effective business development strategies and plans.
Generate leads and initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels.
Collaborate with the team to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain a strong understanding of our services and industry trends.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.
Provide timely and accurate reports on business development activities and progress.
Assist in preparing marketing materials and maintaining online presence.
All other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Knowledge of engineering and development industry is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Flexibility to work on a part-time/on-call basis
