About the Role

Motre Co. is seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Coordinator with a strong background in community outreach and marketing. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our capital project development and management consulting firm by facilitating effective communication, coordinating outreach initiatives, and implementing marketing strategies.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for community outreach efforts.

  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and local authorities.

  • Identify and attend relevant community events, meetings, and conferences to promote our services.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop outreach programs and initiatives.

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating community engagement activities and workshops.

  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content.

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize marketing strategies.

  • Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of meetings, events, and presentations.

  • Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.

  • Assist with data collection and analysis for reporting purposes.

  • All other tasks as assigned.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in community outreach and marketing roles.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse communities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of capital project development and management industry is a plus.
